Technical Support

Regular technical support at INEX is provided on an office hours basis from 08:00 to 18:00 GMT, Monday through Friday. The normal communications channel for technical support is email to operations@inex.ie.

INEX aims for four hour turnaround on all email support requests. The INEX operations team are also available during working hours by telephone on +353-1-531-3339 (timezone Dublin/Ireland).

Emergency Support

A 24-hour support hotline is available for emergency calls which fall outside normal office hours. This support facility is intended for emergencies only, including INEX critical system failures causing loss of service to members. Please see this page for details.

INEX speakers for events
Members of the INEX management team regularly speak at internet industry events, on a variety of topics. If you would like to invite an INEX representative to speak at your event, please email eileen.gallagher@inex.ie with details of the event, audience, location and dates. As a small team from a not-for-profit organisation, we unfortunately cannot accept all invitations to speak.
