I committed a couple of scripts into tools/runtime/ last night:

1. update-mrtg-config-from-db.pl

This script pulls the switch config from the database and turns it into an
mrtg configuration file.  We use this script unmodified at INEX.

2. update-l2database.pl

This script uses snmp to pull mac address information from the live
switches and insert this into its own table.  At some stage in the future,
we will probably roll this table into the `virtualinterface` table.

Also due to differences in snmp implementations, it's entirely possible
that this script will not work properly on cisco kit.  It was developed on
Brocade kit which tends to be a bit slacker about the relationship between
mac addresses and vlans when it comes to snmp trees.  We'd welcome any
feedback though.
