Yeah, we had a issues with this too, migrating from c3500XLs in the early
days of inex.  Eventually we got there with a lot of effort and membership
buy-in to the idea.  Took 6-9 months to get it sorted with ~20 members at
the time.  I'd hate to have to handle this for a larger exchange. :-(

Well worth it though.
