[ixpmanager] Multi Macs

Hey Nick, 

I friend of mine has written a quick php script to grab the macs from my juniper switches.
It grabs the switches out of the DB and snmp polls them. It will only insert the macs if the customer/interface is present.
If you would like to have a look at what it has imported so far you can see it at http://218.100.43.98/IXP-Manager/public/mac-address/list (same u/p I sent you previously).
If you would like me to commit the script to git just let me know.
