[ixpmanager] Force10 S4810 support for update-l2database.pl

Hi there,

as already mentioned in this pull request
https://github.com/inex/IXP-Manager/pull/47
update-l2database.pl  does not support Force10 ( S4810 ) Switches.

I'd like to provide all infos and help, which is needed to
implement Force10 S4810
support for the update-l2database.pl script.
