[ixpmanager] Amazing work! - Aggregate Graphs Not Graphing

As well as Nick's suggestions:

Ensure it's just alphanum characters - especially no spaces [it's a todo 
to add validation here iirc].

Please include the Apache 404 error line and a sample MRTG configuration 
block of the aggregate graph.
