Can you run with this and see how it goes?  There's more documentation
required for setting up sflowtool fanout, but if you start off a primary
sflowtool daemon like this:

# sflowtool -4 -f 127.0.0.1/5500 -f 127.0.0.1/5501

... it will fan out two separate feeds, one to [127.0.0.1]:5500 and the
other to [127.0.0.1]:5501.  One of these should be used for the sflow
p2p/rrd feed, and the other can be used for bgp session detection for the
peering matrix.
