[ixpmanager] Inter-POP graphs explanation

Hi,

your config below looks fine in principle. I trust the Target lines in 
MRTG are different for each trunk?

If so, you'll need to dig into it a bit deeper as there's no much else 
we can assist with remotely.

I suggest a line by line walk through to see if you can find the issue.
