[ixpmanager] Whitebox\open source switches

whitebox switch ok, but which SW you want to run on it ?

At TouIX we are running Pica8 whitebox switch with OpenFlow OVS full mode.
I have design a Openflow fabric for IXP and it run with it for more than
a month in production.
