[ixpmanager] Can't select a port

I can't reproduce on a switch with port 1 free and set to peering.

Although we're using the b4-beta in production (eating our own dog-food) 
which has a much newer version of the JavaScript Chosen library.

Can you try different browsers?

If it persists, can you make sure you're running the latest 3.x version 
and then open an issue on GitHub with the exact steps to reproduce?
