[ixpmanager] issue in Doctrine (IXP Manager)

Hi Barry,

Actually there was no directory(Doctrine)  in /usr/share/php. So we created
a soft-link of *Doctrine *under /usr/share/php

[root at nixi ixp]# ln -s /usr/local/ixp/doctrine /usr/share/php
