[ixpmanager] Help me for installation

Hello Hassane,

Could you help us with some more information. There are plenty of people on
this mailing list that have experience both in writing IXP Manager, along
with run it. Here's some questions.

 1) Where about are you? (It helps to know; just in case there's someone
close we can recommend).
 2) Can you copy from your terminal session onto pastebin.com what you did
and the results? Then share the url here.
 3) Which version of IXP Manager?

While you provide the Ubuntu release numbers; it's the dependencies within
IXP Manager that could be an issue. That's why step #2 is important. (Note
- don't cut-n-paste into this email - that's harder to deal with).

Finally ... welcome to the wonderful world of running IXPs! I hope we all
help you past this stage and then get you into the more important stage of
adding new members and growing your traffic.
