[ixpmanager] install IXP Manager

Hello everyone.
I install the IXP Manager, but I always have little problems at:
1-customers
2-Interface
3-Contacts
4-Switches
5. IP Addressing
which displays nothing at all, and sending me an error message. please prayer to help me finalize.
