No, that's for the infrastructure. At the bottom of this page is a box
that reads:

Click that link and just set "Aggregate Graph Name" to "aggregate".
[this is done away with in v4 btw].
I think that's not set and that's your issue as your config is missing
the "Aggregate {$trafficType.name} on entire exchange" section:
