[ixpmanager] Error while Adding Switch on IXP Manager

Dear Barry,

First of all, I want to thank you for the updates.

Please note that git hub has updated the needed successfully, but when I run the "composer install" command, I am receiving the attached output, and the IXP manager web page is not displaying.

Under the switch view, if you do a 'View/Edit Ports (with SNMP Poll)' it /should/ sort it for you.
