[ixpmanager] Shifting Gigabits

All,

We're practicing process here and would like to know if there is a
documented process to upgrade a member to a higher port?

I know that the port doesn't show up in the system until it has an SFP or
traffic.  Can you keep the old graph?  Can you have the "old port" and it's
data still in the system?
