On the VLAN page, tag should probably say, "VLAN Tag". Yes, that may seem redundant given that it's on the VLAN page, but it's not obvious until the it errors out on submission attempt. 

I've attached an error I got upon addition of the IPv4 space. Maybe I should have only done a range of usable IPs instead of the complete range? Well, I got the same thing for IPv6, so maybe that's not it.

There's no sanity checking on the IP addressing screen. The list was pre-populated with numbers that weren't valid IP addresses when I was learning what kind of input the form wanted. 

For many forms, there's no indication that you need to have already filled out another form until you get to that particular field that needs the other information filled out, ie: IP addresses and VLANs, switches and vendors, etc.
