[ixpmanager] UNABLE TO INSTALL IXP MANAGER ON UBUNTU 16.04

Hello Team

 

Can you please assist on IXP Manager configuration, we are using this link
to install
http://ixp-manager.readthedocs.io/en/latest/admin/100-install.html but we
are stuck on Initials Database Objects where below command are giving errors

 

root at ixpmanager:/srv/ixpmanager# php artisan db:seed --class=IRRDBs

 

 

  [Dotenv\Exception\InvalidFileException]

  Dotenv values containing spaces must be surrounded by quotes.

 

Kindly find on the attachment .env configuration for your reference.
