[ixpmanager] Oddity IRRDB

All,

I've been impressed with V4 and we're trying to implement it here but
running into an issue with IRRDB.  Previously were there no sources or
default sources in the IRRDB section?
I looked into the documentation here.  But V4 seems to be missing some of
the processes.

I'm asking because I can't seem to add customers unless I have this field
filled out with something.  Is there a "default" un-intrusive setup that
one can use?
