[ixpmanager] v4 Welcome E-Mail Templates

Has anyone had an issue with v4 welcome e-mail templates? I submitted an issue, but I figured I'd ask here in case someone else got to it before the guys at INEX. 

In short, when I go to the "Send Welcome E-Mail" page, it throws an ErrorException with a bunch of debug code. I had just copied the base INEX template over to my skin folder.
