[ixpmanager] Need help for IXP Manager

If you start with a bone-stock Ubuntu 16.04 and run the install script, you'll be left with a copy of IXP Manager that starts, just needs customization. I've installed that at least a dozen times now as I work through other random bugs and my own meddling.

Of course I read the documentation, ran the installation script and 
still have issues. 

I wont have gone this far if this wasnt the case. 

I will henceforth run on my own as I run into a brick wall all the time.
