[ixpmanager] Error when Adding Switch via SNMP on IXP Manager

Dear all

I'm new to the list , so sorry if it;s repeated question
when on Home / Switches / List and click the + to add a switch.
Filled in all fields:
Name
Hostname
Type
Cabinet
infrastructure
SNMP Community

it gave the atached error
