[ixpmanager] Error while Adding Switch on IXP Manager

I've been troubleshooting getting Nexus 3548s and 9396s in for a while. Every time I think I got it, something new comes up.

Hi all, 

Having a similar issue with a Nexus 3548P. When adding via SNMP I get 
an Unexpected Error. The switch gets added to the system without any 
ports, and future attempts to edit ports via SNMP also causes an 
Unexpected Error. I have attached laravel.log output from the initial 
error, and here is the output of the snmpget commands:
