[ixpmanager] Mailman integration?

When a user joins a mailing list via IXP manager, the API returns
their e-mail address twice. For example:

"https://www.example.com/ixp/apiv1/mailing-list/init/key/$MyKey/list/members"
would return

kyle at stormzero.com
kyle at stormzero.com

When users leave the same mailing list via IXP manager, it removes
both addresses.
