[ixpmanager] How to change FROM address for IXP Manager e-mails

This does not seem to have any effect:

IDENTITY_AUTOBOT_NAME="UIXP"
IDENTITY_AUTOBOT_EMAIL="no-reply at uixp.co.ug"
IDENTITY_MAILER_NAME="UIXP"
IDENTITY_MAILER_EMAIL="no-reply at uixp.co.ug"
