[ixpmanager] IXp Manager V4 Facilities issue

I am trying to configure IXP Manager, but cannot add a new Facility.  It will not give me the option to save.  The PeeringDB Facility field is showing “Please Wait, loading”.  It stays at this point for ever.  Any help on this issue would be very helpful.
