I am trying to configure IXP Manager, but cannot add a new Facility. It will not give me the option to save. The PeeringDB Facility field is showing ?Please Wait, loading?. It stays at this point for ever. Any help on this issue would be very helpful.
Thanks,
Lee Morris

So we installed the switch and MRTG, ran the artisan config and it generates a empty config, no member ports. Member ports are active on the switch via a snmp poll.
Any suggestions?

Just wondering...Did you add the ports to the customers?

Yep,
Both ports are assigned to a Customer, it shows 2 1Gbit Ports total for
connected capacity of 2Gbits in the Home Dashboard. Customer can see ports.
Yet, when I goto the IXPManager directory and run the mrtg generation, it
gives me a empty member port section:
root at ixpmanager:~# cd /srv/ixpmanager
root at ixpmanager:/srv/ixpmanager# ./artisan grapher:generate-configuration
-B mrtg -O /srv/mrtg.cfg.candidate
