[ixpmanager] Grapher with MRTG shows broken graphs

How embarrassing, I forgot a closing quotation mark at the end of my
GRAPHER_BACKEND_MRTG_LOGDIR. Graphs are working fine now.
Well, for anyone out there who has the same problem - check your
quotes in the .env file.
