That error is propagated from the OSS_SNMP library we use.

I've pushed this fix to that project:

Can you open an issue on that project with the output of the following
from your switch to properly fix:

snmpget -c $community -On -v 2c $hostname .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0
snmpget -c $community -On -v 2c $hostname .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0
