[ixpmanager] Create new customer

Hello,

Can you be more specific please ?
Do you get the message saying that the customer has been added ?
Are you redirected to the customer/list after filling the form ?

For information the customer/list has dropdowns on the top right used to 
sort the customers by type, states etc. This can be the reason with you 
can't see the new user added.
