My original problem with being overly prescriptive on the upgrade
instructions was that it assumes IXP Manager is being installed
ubiquitously using the instructions/scripts we provide.

This manifestly used not be the case but it appears that since we have
started providing install scripts and better instructions, the majority
of IXP Manager installations are now installed this way.

As such, I have now made some changes to the upgrade instructions just now:

1. I've rewritten the 'composer install' step as I appreciate that
people not familiar with PHP will not realise that this is a non-IXP
Manager utility (PHP package manager). This section is now consistent
with the automated install script and also the manual installation
instructions (updated to match).

2. I've make the (see below)'s links to make it more obvious where
'below' is.

3. I've tidied and corrected some typos in the see below sections.

4. I've defaulted the composer and bower steps to assume a non-root user
/ non-mixed user scenario.


Note that there is no new content in the instructions really, just a
refactoring. The commands from Marco's email essentially came from those
'(see below)' sections.
