[ixpmanager] IXP Manager Backup / Restore

As I mentioned in my e-mail, I am attempting to migrate IXP Manager to
another virtualization environment and the VM itself cannot be shifted. To
that end, I'd like to know what the steps are for a manual backup/restore
of the database and other essential system components.
