AS112 is disabled by default in IXP Manager. This really just means UI
elements are hidden. To enable these, set the following in your .env file:

However, it appears this is not the case:

ubuntu at ixpm1:/srv/ixpmanager$ cat .env | grep AS112
IXP_AS112_UI_ACTIVE=true
