[ixpmanager] Trouble adding v6 /64

Mostly because:

1) every time you type the v6 address you'll type an unnecessary chunk
of v4 related characters: '196:223:25' (10 extra keystrokes).

2) in an ideal world, v4 will eventually because deprecated and unused
and your shiny new v6 addressing plan will be linked to a deprecated one :-(


But hey - I'm not the v6-addressing-police and ymmv ;-)
