http://rs1.uixp.co.ug/api/protocols/bgp is wrong.

If your handle is rs1-kla1-ipv4 then the LG API URL in the 'Routers'
table for this router should probably be:

http://rs1-kla1-ipv4.uixp.co.ug/api

This goes in the 'API Endpoint' as per:
