[ixpmanager] IXPManager Graphing problem

Dear Barry,

Thank you for the below, it solved it and I have proceeded with the setup as stated on the manual.
But I am stopped again at this point:

/etc/init.d/mrtg start
[....] Starting mrtg (via systemctl): mrtg.serviceJob for mrtg.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status mrtg.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Change this to:

GRAPHER_BACKENDS="mrtg"
