[ixpmanager] Upgrades, permissions, sudos, etc.

I thought I went to 4.7.1 as I repeated all of the steps I did before, but after checking out 4.7.1. However, it says 4.7.0 at the bottom of the pages.
Also, whenever I go to provision a port, after I choose a switch (any switch), I get "ERROR" for my switch port option (only one) instead of the list of ports.
Looking to see if I can remember (or rediscover) where the logs are.

Did 'composer install' complete cleanly without errors?
Can you run it again to make sure?
