[ixpmanager] Upgrades, permissions, sudos, etc.

Was something changed in how e-mail is processed? 

I now get relay access is denied errors and no packets are hitting my router.

*shrugs* Works fine now. Before I e-mailed I tried new switches and old switches. Now everything works.

ah yeah, that was my mistake. I never updated the version before I 
tagged it. If you used the v4.7.1 tag, you're fine.

this issue.
