[ixpmanager] Spelling error

I would also respectfully submit that documentation spelling issues are
unnecessary noise for the mailing list (of which there are over 100
subscribers).


Documentation errata can be handled as discussed in:

http://docs.ixpmanager.org/dev/docs/


Application errata can be filed as an issue:
