[ixpmanager] values from the grapher API

Why are the max and average values different in the json/log formats and 
in the generated graphs?

E.g. https://manager.minap.it/grapher/ixp?period=month&type=json
vs. https://manager.minap.it/grapher/ixp?period=month .

But this works as expected if I s/month/day/.
