[ixpmanager] FW: Bird's Eye looking glass setup

Hello Barry,

I figured out the problem. I was not using the template generated by IXP
manager so there was some confusing between bird and Bird's eye. The new
problem is IXP manager doesn't seem to recognize the Linux machine running
bird even if I can ping successfully from both ends.

What does this give:

curl -v http://192.168.10.141/lg/protocols/bgp
