[ixpmanager] MRTG Graphing Not Working

We have IXP Manager up and running, however when we run

./artisan grapher:generate-configuration -B mrtg -O /srv/mrtg.cfg.candidate


It generates the config but has

MaxBytes[ixp001-bits]:  0


which ultimately throws errors and under the Member Ports, no member ports
are added to the config, yet when you look at a sNMP Poll in IXPManager
theres 2 ports that are listed as up.
