[ixpmanager] Adding Switch

# Generate MRTG configuration and output to stdout:
php artisan grapher:generate-configuration -B mrtg
im trying to do this but it says
In Grapher.php line 112:
No graphing provider enabled (see configs/grapher.php) for mrtg
when i enter in that file i can't see if its enabled or disabled.
