[ixpmanager] SNMP Switch Template Creation

How can I configure a new SNMP template for a switch that is not already
known by IXP Manager?

I am deploying in an IXP that has Huawei switches that I suspect are not
going to be in auto detected.

Also, where can I find a list of the switches that *are* supported in case
I need to advise IXPs on hardware purchases?
