[ixpmanager] Change in bird template

Hi team,


We like to implement the Birdwatcher app (https://github.com/ecix/birdwatcher) in order to use Alice-LG and that requires a change in bird.conf for date format...

Since bird.conf is generated automatically - which is the best approach in order to do such a change which will be reflected in all future bird config builds ?
