[ixpmanager] Slightly Offtopic?

Very few organisations integrate contract management into their 
portals.  Possibly some of the large IXPs do, as there are aspects of 
the IX API that seem to need this.  Mostly if people need online 
contract management, they outsource to third parties and handle it 
out-of-band.
