Hi Janvier,

This is something which comes up from time to time, and there are a 
number of emails in the ixp manager archives about it:

You should check out the threads from April, May and June 2018.

Basically there are three problems that could be happening:

- the mrtg.cfg file isn't being generated correctly
- there's a problem with MRTG
- the web user interface isn't picking up the graphing files.

If the mrtg.log file is empty, then perhaps mrtg.cfg is empty.  This 
would be the first thing to check
