[ixpmanager] Views Reminder

A reminder that if you have problems with MySQL views in IXP Manager... just recreate them. Don't spend a half hour trying to fix them before you remember that you can recreate them as needed. 

mysql -u ixp -p ixp < $IXPROOT/tools/sql/views.sql
