Thanks Nick. But I am talking about selective peering in which broadcast
dont occur. How will then peering occur at switch level?

For example amazon dont want to send data to all the ISPs that is they dont
want to broadcast. They want to peer with google that is bilateral peering.
In that case, what configurations are required at switch level?

You said that nothing is done by operator. So everything is automatic. How
will then switch be configured in above mentioned case ?
