the switch allows that and more.
amazon can decide who they talk BGP with.
if they only talk BGP with google, they get what you want in this example.
The switch doesn't ned to know that amazon only wants to talk to google.
the switch allows all of the peers to talk to each other. directly.
The IXP wants to allow this.
And when tomorrow amazon changes that policy and suddenly wants to peer
with peer X - the IXP operator has already allowed that, doesn't need to
change anything.
